An Apostles Build is a partnership that allows twelve individual faith groups (or another creative mix) to join together to fully fund and build a house for a local family

$

As Jesus’ original apostles were charged with spreading the word about Jesus, our
“apostles” are charged with assisting in Habitat’s mission to provide decent shelter for God’s children

The Faith Group Provides

Prayer – join together in
prayer for all aspects of the
Habitat housing ministry

Planning – send a member or
members of your group to
Apostles Build planning
meetings

Volunteers – recruit volunteer
labor from your faith group for
the Apostles Build jobsite

Funding – contribute to the
Apostles Build Project building
costs through fundraising

An effective way to engage small groups

The potential to build community among faith groups that have never worked together before

The opportunity to be a part of Habitat’ s mission in bringing affordable housing to St. Lucie County
