Repair a Home Program

St. Lucie Habitat for Humanity provides an opportunity for low income/fixed income community homeowners who are in need of critical repairs, to secure an affordable loan that will fit into their budget to create a safe and secure home once again.

Our programs prove successful because of the dedication of our staff, volunteers, homeowners, sponsors, and community organizations.

Homeowners partner with St. Lucie Habitat based on income, need and willingness to help. An affordable loan is made to the homeowner to cover the cost of the labor and materials. Work may be completed by Habitat volunteers under the supervision of our skilled construction staff and payments are recycled to help serve others in need.
